Our club organiser mistakenly set up a payment charge and the spond tries to charge everyone in the group. It has no way to cancel the payment and the customer support is AI & we can't get through to get a human assistance. We decided to delete the group and even afterwards, the spond is trying to chrage everyone until they delete their accounts. Where would that money go? As far as I am conerned, this is illegal trying take a payment and no way of reaching real human customer support. 👎

Initial set up. Am I a player or guardian? Guardian. Enter players name. I enter details. Next screen asks me to enter additional guardians but lists my son's name as a guardian, not the player. Looks like the flow may need a tweak or I do

Spond works great, until it tries to take out money (£70) automatically from each club member against everybody's wishes. Apparently zero customer support. Now all our club members are advised to delete their personal Spond account to remove automated bank withdrawals by Spond that don't seem to be able to be stopped.
