My experience with this app literally made me book a different airline. Registration has unintuitive context menus and slow performance. Asked for city but didn't have it in a drop-down list that seemed to try to list every city in my country. Password kept saying invalid until I googled the requirements. Worst of all, you can't register online, only in the app. I canceled registration and went with a different airline. I hope these software engineers aren't also working on their systems.

The "Pay Now" button is not working. I'm clicking the "Pay Now" button multiple times...and it's just not doing anything. The most important part of business is payment. But it's not working on your app. I spent an hour or more choosing flights, putting in info, and choosing seats, and now I can't move on to pay? Now must close the app to start over. Huh? Hello Developers? I may have to choose another airline. This is a waste of time and too risky.

Credit/Debit Card won't work sat in bank for over an hour trying to book tickets. Fix the app or remove it from the play store. I finally had to spend money to go to an independent ticket agent to purchase tickets and they wouldn't take a debit card either. Plus a 750 pesos fee for 3 tickets. And to go/return almost a 1,000 pesos total. It's not about the money, but the lack of convenience from Philippine Airlines. One Star stands. Skytrax 4-star rating may suffer if they don't fix this.
