Customer service is nonexistent when it comes to your actual account. I had no issues with the actual app, but I had no use for it anymore due to my job change. So plan for an extremely inconvenient and painful process to delete/deactivate your account. It's not available from your profile, then Google might deem it a sketch site, then when you email support with your grievance, you get sent to a URL to create a new login for your "request". So red flag after all that.

very bad customer service! Im force to verify my account since i reqched my limit but its been 6 days! and my 881 usd is still in my account and cant withdraw! they allowed me to deposit money but i cant withdraw! its been 6 days! and i have a lot of money in my account! ive been emailing and sending tickets but no response! i sent my IDs videos with date and etc but no updates! they still have my money!

I’ve spent hours trying to log into my Airtm account through a browser, but it keeps failing. I use biometric login on the app, but there’s no option to set or change a password inside the app. I tried resetting my password — no email came, not even in spam. The app has no proper settings, no account info, no way to manage login details, and the support process is too complicated. How is this a financial service app? Please improve this app’s design. It's exhausting and unfriendly for users.
