The app would not send me a password reset email, even though I definitely have an account, so I can't get back into my account. Hopefully this gets fixed because the guest account is not great either. If you decide to make a change to the pickup type (inside or drive through), everything you've entered is cleared from the form (contact info and payment), so you have to re-enter everything.

I've used this app for over a year now, and it's.. decent. The UI is responsive and easy to use, but that's its biggest upside I'm afraid. The prices of DQ's food keep going up, with no change in the food's quality. The rewards system looks like it updated recently, and good lord, it'll take many months for me to earn enough points for anything worthwhile. It's kinda absurd. I only go to DQ occasionally, but that may turn to rarely. It's just so unjustifyably pricey compared to other fast food.

the app was great and was really easy to order, however when ordering $18 worth of shakes and such I accidentally put in the order for the wrong restaurant, and they can't cancel it because the owner has to and he's not there so I'm 99% sure I'm not going to get a refund from that order, sure this situation could have been avoided but it'd be really convenient if in the app itself they'd reassign the restaurant based on your location, because the place I ordered from is over an hour away
